Did usual warm up.

Practice - Push up giant set ladder total reps 36
Perform - TGU 5 minutes... added in pikes on the exercise ball between movements.
Did man makers until heart rate peaked in the 160 range. Need more weight.
Ran for roughly 20 minutes in the grass
Calories Burned - over 800

Warm up - Halos, Pump Stretch, Wall Squats, Box Squats 10 minutes
Practice - cleans, taming arc
Perform - TGU 5 minutes - form is good.
Cool Down

Warmup - wall squats, pump stretch, halos - 10 minutes

Practice - clean drop, taming arc
Perform -12 Minute Man Maker with 20lb
57, 65, 54, 50, 25 = 251
Cool Down - pump stretch

Practice - clean drop, taming arc
Perform -10 Minute Man Maker with 20lb
25, 20, 20, 20, 15, 20 = 120 - he was struggling the last 20.
Cool Down - pump stretch

Me - Weight 186 HR 71
Warmup - wall squats, pump stretch, halos, box jumps - 10 minutes
Practice - clean drop, taming arc
Perform - 5 minutes get ups with 20lb for form
Cool Down - pump stretch
2 mile run - legs good, cardio below average... pretty hot
Minimum sets of 47 tomorrow on man maker
