Did usual warm up.
Practice - Push up giant set ladder total reps 36
Perform - TGU 5 minutes... added in pikes on the exercise ball between movements.
Did man makers until heart rate peaked in the 160 range. Need more weight.
Ran for roughly 20 minutes in the grass
Calories Burned - over 800

Practice - cleans, taming arc
Perform - TGU 5 minutes - form is good.
